CLUB NIGHTS
During the season the club conducts Club racing nights each Friday from mid October through to mid March. Members are asked to arrive at 5.30pm to help setup for the night with racing commencing at 6.00pm. On each club night a BBQ is operated by parent volunteers along with a raffle, where a prize is donated each week from a family. Volunteers are sought at the start of each season and a roster is available in the Club House. Funds raised through the BBQ and raffle contribute to the running of the club.
On each club night 4 different strokes are offered. For each stroke various distances will be available according to grade times. Swimmers may choose up to 3 different strokes and should choose the distance relevant to their grade. Swimmers can not choose 2 distances for the same stroke. Entries are submitted through Swim Central which is open up until 4pm on the day. Details of upcoming club nights and other carnivals can be found on our Events page, which includes a link for online entries.
IMPROVEMENT POINTS
Points are awarded for each swim, based on the swimmers personal best time. A boy and girl with the highest score for each month is awarded a monthly medal. The cumulative total is used to award trophies at the end of the season. Details of improvement points can be found here or in the Site menu

Championships are contested by age, with age being considered the age of swimmer as at the first championship night. These are conducted as official approved meets allowing times achieved to be considered for records. To be eligible for Age Championship points swimmers must have swum in 10 individual events on Friday nights, however all members are encouraged to participate as improvement points continue to be awarded.
